Weston's Christmas Tree Lighting

Huge thank you to everyone who made it out to the tree lighting on the park. We had such a greatly turnout from FBC and the park was packed! We went through 5 gallons of cocoa and 250 cookies. Shoutout to Riley Watson for putting together our Christmas display. Be sure to take your picture next to the nativity scene if you go see the lights in the park!

Elder & Deacon Dinner

The Deacons, Deacon Candidates, & Elder Candidates gathered this past week for a fellowship meal. During the time together we gave thanks to God's faithfulness in bringing each of them and their families to FBC Weston and calling them into leadership. Please continue to pray for these men and their families as we inch closer to ordination next year!

Pastor's Pen

Brothers & Sisters,

I wanted to remind you about the Lottie Moon Post Office! If you plan to mail Christmas cards to members in the church all you have to do is prepare them but let us take care of the postage. We will be sure to get them mailed off for you and what you would've spent on postage you can donate to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering! Be sure to take advantage of this unique opportunity to support international missions.

I sure hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving this week. As you gather around the table with family and friends be reminded that we have much to be thankful for. God has provided all we need in Christ. Everything else is grace upon grace.

“Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.” -Psalm‬ ‭100‬:‭4‬-‭5‬ ‭ESV‬‬
