This photo of the above group was snapped when they took a trip together down to Branson to go see the current offering at Sight & Sound Theater! I share it because I am just so encouraged to see the church just doing life together. It sounds like they had a wonderful time of fellowship and that faith was strengthened through the time they shared together!
Speaking of doing life together.. we had such a wonderful turn out at our Christmas Potluck this afternoon. What a joy it was to enjoy a meal and fellowship together. Thank you so much to our Hospitality Team for all the hard work they did for pulling it off. Thanks to all of you who brought a dish to share and a special thanks to Dan Reiter for smoking the ham for us!
I want to let the church know that I will not be in the office tomorrow. That is the primary reason you are receiving "Life at First Baptist" this afternoon and not tomorrow morning.
