Welcome Corrie Falter

Welcome to the world and to FBC Weston, Corrie Falter. Courtney and Corrie are both doing well and will be going home today. Please pray for the Falter Family as they transition into this next season of life. Stay tuned for a Meal Train Opportunity. The details for that are currently being worked out and we will send out communication soon!

Mitra/Graves Wedding

Zane graduated and is officially a Ranger! He is back for the next few weeks and he and Katie will officially be married this week! Please pray for them as they enter into this next season of life together. Zane leaves at the beginning of January and Katie will be moving to join him in Georgia later in the month. We are sure going to miss these two but are also very excited for what the Lord has in store in this next chapter. They're already building community at a local church with Nathan & Kaitlin Plummer!

Christmas Eve at FBC Weston

Pastor's Pen

Brothers & Sisters,

This will be the last "Life at First Baptist" newsletter for 2024! I also want to inform you that the FBC Weston Church Office will be closed from December 24th through January 5th. Normal operations will resume on January 6th.

This coming week please plan on joining us on Christmas Eve for our annual Christmas Eve services at 5:00 p.m. and don't forget that this Sunday is an important Family Meeting following service as we will be welcoming in new members, voting on the FBC Weston 2025 Ministry Budget, and voting to affirm bringing Daniel on as a second Staff Pastor with the intent to ordain with the other Elder Candidates in January.

God is certainly at work at FBC Weston and I am just overjoyed to be on this journey with you!

If I don't see you before, have a very Merry Christmas!
